Absolutely! We travel all the time. Depending on the location there may be a travel fee included.

Great question! Communication is essential to us! Give us a call when you would like to talk through details. Send a text when you have a quick question. Our couples have access to their planning portal and can make specific comments on items there as well to streamline each topic.

On your wedding day, our average day is 8-12 hours depending on the level of service you select with one to three planners assisting at various stages. One step ahead for transitions.  

During the planning process we spend hours preparing timelines, floor plans, delivery schedules, talking with vendors to review details, reviewing your contracts and their guidelines, and so much more! 

Your wedding day is planned ahead of time to cover all the necessary details and logistical planning. 

Yes! Rehearsal is typically a day or two before the wedding and we walk through the flow of the ceremony and reception with you. Your rehearsal is typically an hour and allows time for Q & A.

We wouldn’t have it any other way! You have taken the time out to find some great vendors and create the dream team. We are delighted to work with everyone on the team and create a comprehensive timeline so everyone understands the flow and key timing points throughout the day.
