We had the pleasure of working with Riley & Cameron on finalizing their wedding plans and details a few months before their wedding at Wildflower 301. During the timeframe of working with this beautiful couple we assisted them by attending their final vendor walkthrough, creating floor plans, timelines, confirming all the details leading up to their wedding.
The Wildflowers 301 is a beautiful gem with great natural photo opportunities! The grounds are well maintained and there were multiple options for the use of the venue.
Our couple were able to relax and get ready at the venue, there were great spaces for the ladies and the men to get ready. Cocktail hour under the huge magnolia trees with lights created a warm ambience leading into the reception.
The ceremony was in the ceremony garden on a beautiful Fall Friday evening. The cocktail hour took place in the Magnolia Terrace with their first dance under the lights before transitioning to the Celebration House. The guests experienced a new location at the venue throughout the day. At the end of the night, we embraced Cameron’s NOLA roots and finished the night with a second line exit.

Kay was so amazing to work with! Kay brought a very calming and “don’t worry, I got this” vibe to our wedding. We were able to be in the moment and enjoy everything about our wedding because of Kay! We really didn’t have to worry about anything! Kay handled all the decor, table layout, timeline, tips, etc!! I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
