Details and Overview

For couples who have planned and handled majority of the preparations. We step in to serve as your primary point of contact. After working with you for several weeks we are equipped to lead the team of vendors on your wedding day as you enjoy every moment of your wedding!

  • We begin working with you 4-8 weeks before your wedding. This allows us to understand and plan your logistical and overall details including the complete delivery and setups.
  • Your logistical details and contracts are reviewed to create a master timeline.
  • Personalized planning portal for your wedding for 4-8 weeks.

The final stages

Wedding Day

In the final stages of your wedding planning we finalize your details with venue walkthroughs, catering meeting, cross checking floor plans, and your rehearsal.

  • A detailed timeline will be provided to all wedding vendors to keep the entire team organized and on one accord.
  • Behind the scenes we guide, and support our couples, family, and wedding party behind the scenes, ensuring the transitions throughout the say are smooth.  
  • With our full planning clients we cover an average of 8 hours on your wedding day. The minimum of two planners will be on site for your wedding on your wedding day.
  • You will receive weeks of preparations, rehearsal coverage, and 16 hours (2 planners) of coverage.
  • Our Day Of Planning Services Investment begins at $2,200

Services and Offerings

Yes, we will play the role you need us to for your rehearsal.

If you are getting married at a church, sometimes the church coordinator will lead. We work with your Officiant and can lead or be a team player. 

On average we start working a few hours before the bride steps in her dress. Our hours are based on the end time of you reception.

Yes! We sure do, our eyes and ears are staying on top of the flow for the entire wedding day and to the end of the reception. You do not have to worry about us leaving, we will be there to close out after the last dance.

YES! We will place and pack all the items you provide to us for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. At the end of the evening, we will review your packed items with you POC responsible to take them at the end of the night.
