As in any other cultures we encourage along with your native language (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese) and English, ensuring the significance of each saying and action is understood by all guests. What does the booking process look like?
Step One – Identify your needs and how you see a planner will best assist you both as you plan your wedding.
Step Two – The Discovery Consultation: Schedule a deep-dive call to explore your wedding vision and assess the level of support you need. We’ll determine exactly how much time and attention you wish to dedicate to the process versus what you’d like our team to lead.
Step Three – Secure Your Date: After reviewing your bespoke proposal, we’ll move forward with a formal contract and retainer. This officially secures your 2026/2027 wedding date in our calendar and launches the journey toward your unforgettable celebration.
How far in advance should We reserve our date?
We encourage you to secure your wedding planner as soon as possible.
Full Planning – 12+ months Partial Planning – 10+ months Wedding Management – 6-8+ months
