Your wedding is much more than the pretty linens and flowers to us. You have family and friends that you have not seen in years together for a celebration. We look forward to working with you to assure that all details are planned as you host your guests throughout the weekend.


 While we assist you with the beautiful décor and design elements we manage the arrivals, setups, layouts, table placements, complete timeline, etc… these are key items that we handle before opening up the reception room to give your guests the ‘wow factor.’ While planning your wedding keep in mind that the logistical plans that we take care of for the entire wedding day and weekend is quality assurance that allows you and your family relax. With a strong design and operational team, this is what sets Prestigious Occasions apart…we have a global vision of your entire wedding.

Who is the Prestigious Occasions client?

With the amount of wedding professionals and endless decisions to be made, you may be seeking assistance to narrow down who you meet with to save you time and money…we can help with this!

 We understand and work with you to make sure that all your details are covered and not forgotten. Whether we help you design a blank canvas and customize all your details or bring in all the elements into your venue to represent you both.

We love the fact that no two weddings are the same; we are NOT your cookie cutter planners and love to make your wedding personal.

 Wedding Availability & Meeting

After you contact us to check on the availability of your date we have a brief conversation about a few more details about your wedding. For Example: state, venue(s), estimated guest count, time, etc… we then schedule an in person meeting should you decide to meet with us. We prefer an in studio appointment at our Towson office, you can also see more of our work and learn more about us. This allows us to focus on you in our professional space without having to meet at a crowded Starbucks. Let’s make sure we are a great fit for the relationship ahead.

*If you are planning from a distance we are happy to have a Skype appointment with you and accommodate your schedule.


Services & Pricing  

We prefer to customize services for your needs. Bottom line is we don’t want you to pay for more than you need. Our couples come to us at different points in their planning process, whether just engaged and they want help with everything, or if they are very hands on and are just approaching a month away from the big day and would like to ensure the management of the wedding day will be smooth. 

To give you an idea of our pricing, our average services begins at $1,000 – Full Planning starting at $5,000


Month of Coordination | We work with you an average of 4-6 weeks before the wedding 

Partial Planning | For couples that have started the process and would like assistance completing all the details 

Full Planning | For couples that would like  complete assistance and guidance 

Wedding Design | For the couple that want a great design without planning services 


Although you may be considering contacting us for Month of Coordination services, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us early (6+ months before your wedding) for a better chance of our availability. There are some months that book very fast and we do not want you to miss out on quality service.
