While we assist you with the beautiful décor and design elements we manage the arrivals, setups, layouts, table placements, complete timeline, etc… these are key items that we handle before opening up the reception room to give your guests the ‘wow factor.’ While planning your wedding keep in mind that the logistical plans that we take care of for the entire wedding day and weekend is quality assurance that allows you and your family relax. The Prestigious Occasions couple may be a busy, hardworking couple that loves to have an awesome designed and well managed wedding day…down to all the logistics of the day. With the amount of wedding professionals and endless decisions to be made, you may be seeking assistance to narrow down who you meet with to save you time and money…we can help with this!

As the couple you care about ‘wowing’ your guests and also about their experience at your wedding. We understand and work with you to make sure that all your details are covered and not forgotten. Whether we help you design a blank canvas and customize all your details or bring in all the elements into your venue to represent you both.

We love the fact that no two weddings are the same; we are NOT your cookie cutter planners and love to make your wedding personal. We do not take the same approach to every wedding…bottom line our careers would be boring if we did! We want to show your personality and knock your guests’ socks off with nothing but FUN and excellence. The bonus of this is that your family and friends can be task free and enjoy creating memories with you on your wedding day!

 Wedding Availability & Meeting

After you contact us to check on the availability of your date we have a brief conversation about a few more details about your wedding. For Example: state, venue(s), estimated guest count, time, etc… we then schedule an in person meeting should you decide to meet with us. We prefer an in studio appointment at our Towson office, you can also see more of our work and learn more about us. This allows us to focus on you in our professional space without having to meet at a crowded Starbucks. Let’s make sure we are a great fit for the relationship ahead.

*If you are planning from a distance we are happy to have a Skype appointment with you and accommodate your schedule.


Services & Pricing  

We prefer to customize services for your needs. Bottom line is we don’t want you to pay for more than you need. Our couples come to us at different points in their planning process, whether just engaged and they want help with everything, or if they are very hands on and are just approaching a month away from the big day and would like to ensure the management of the wedding day will be smooth. Let’s talk about your needs, wants, and desires that are the best fit for your wedding. After we talk about your needs we provide you with a proposal for services and allow you time to respond to our proposal.

To give you an idea of our pricing, our average smallest services is $1,000 – Full Planning starting at $5,000

Although you may be considering contacting us for Month of Coordination services, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us early (6+ months before your wedding) for a better chance of our availability. There are some months that book very fast and we do not want you to miss out on quality service.
