Wedding Services & Pricing  

We customize services for your needs. Bottom line is we don’t want you to pay for more than you need. Our couples come to us at different points in their planning process. Let’s get together to discuss your planning desires and how you would like your planner to fit in.

In a short conversation we can provide you with pricing information. There are a few items that we will be able to discuss to better serve you. Please be sure to let us know what state or country your wedding will take place.

Month of Coordination | We work with you an average of 4-6 weeks before the wedding

Partial Planning | You may have started the process and would like assistance in some areas

Full Planning | For couples that would like complete assistance and guidance

Wedding Design | We create the wow factor from the design to setup and dismantle


Although you may be considering contacting us for Month of Coordination services, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us early (6+ months before your wedding) for a better chance of our availability. There are some months that book very fast and we do not want you to miss out on quality service.

Planning a party for 10 or 1,000; let us help! Once you’ve decided to throw a party, give us a call and allow us to assist you in all of the details from start to finish. Venue selection, stationery selection, planning & coordination, event management, design and decor, and everything in between!

Corporate Events

Planning corporate retreats, incentive trips and holiday parties is a tricky job. Knowing the best locations for your employees or colleagues is our specialty. Allowing you to focus on the objectives, while we focus on the fun! Our main job is to ensure that all attendees always feel like guests and work doesn’t feel like work. We’ll handle all the details so that you can handle the content. Our team will coordinate site selection, contract negotiation, room blocks, air and ground transportation, welcome packages, VIP treatments, design and decor and all site/venue planning.
